It's my second day of the Plant Stories Challenge, and so far, it has been smooth-sailing for me. I guess it's also because I've already decided on my concept for the challenge, so what's left is the execution.
It's still pretty challenging, though... as I'm not used to digital art, plus the equipment I use. However, I've been discovering new things on the app I'm using, so it's also fun in its own way.
Anyway, for Day Two, we are to draw the place where the plant we painted on the first day is located, thus "The Place". And below is my take on it. :)
The plant I drew on Day 1 lives inside a hole in an old tree located in the middle of the forest.
There's a reason for that, and you'll find out about this secret tomorrow on Day 3. :)
For now, allow me to share some of the layers I did for this drawing. :)
It has already taken up all the space in my canvas. hahaha Good thing that Day 5 falls on a Saturday, so I'd have enough time to figure out what to do for the final challenge. I could still insert the secret (Day 3) and the friend (Day 4)* here... so please look forward to checking them out!
