El emprendimiento en mi vida /Reflexión [ ESP– ENG ]

Hola hermosa comunidad, el día de hoy aprovechando que el tema propuesto por @talentos es libre quiero hablar del emprendimiento en mi vida, desde siempre me ha gustado reflexionar mucho en este tema del emprendimiento, como se origina ese sentimiento en nuestros corazones y como la crianza de nuestros padres y allegados de alguna manera influyen en lo que seremos en un futuro. >Hello beautiful community, today taking advantage that the topic proposed by @talentos is free I want to talk about entrepreneurship in my life, I have always liked to reflect a lot on this topic of entrepreneurship, how that feeling originates in our hearts and how the upbringing of our parents and relatives somehow influence what we will be in the future.

Hoy en día no todos somos emprendedores, y eso lo he comprobado más de una vez, mientras que para unos es fácil inventar, crear e imaginar, para otros es una completa tortura y prefieren siempre que los manden y ser empleado de alguien y yo siempre me preguntaba¿Por qué sucede esto? ¿A qué se debe?, y siempre llego a la conclusión que la raíz está en la crianza. Desde qué tengo uso de razón me ha gustado trabajar, de pequeña me gustaba irme al negocio de mi papá, esa dinámica de vender y dar vuelto me llamaba la atención y siempre lo vi como una de las formas más fáciles de hacer dinero, además el observar a mi papá hacer encendedores eléctricos y piedras de fuego, me gustaba mucho, para mí era fascinante ver como las cosas que él creaba con sus manos luego se comercializaban con facilidad y realmente era todo un éxito, aquella imagen siempre estará en mi menoría. >Nowadays not all of us are entrepreneurs, and I have proven that more than once, while for some it is easy to invent, create and imagine, for others it is a complete torture and they always prefer to be bossed around and be someone's employee, and I always asked myself: Why does this happen, why is it due, and I always come to the conclusion that the root is in the upbringing. >Since I can remember I have liked to work, as a child I liked to go to my dad's business, that dynamic of selling and giving change caught my attention and I always saw it as one of the easiest ways to make money, also watching my dad making electric lighters and fire stones, I liked it a lot, for me it was fascinating to see how the things he created with his hands then were marketed easily and it was really a success, that image will always be in my childhood.

Mi madre era totalmente diferente a mi papá, ella nunca vendió nada, dependía solo de su salario por el ministerio de salud y aunque no lo crean uno de mis primeros trabajos fue ese, al cumplir la mayoría de edad yo terminé haciendo lo mismo que ella, pero si soy sincera con ustedes no me gusta tener jefe porque me molestan las injusticias que uno puede vivir como empleado. Ser emprendedor tiene sus ventajas y desventajas, entre las ventajas puedo mencionar que siempre estás entretenido pensando en que crear o pesando cómo mejorar un producto o tu situación financiera actual, también el hecho de que tu horario y tiempo lo dispones tú y no tienes a nadie que te esté regañando o presionando, eso para mí es maravilloso. >My mother was totally different from my dad, she never sold anything, she depended only on her salary from the health ministry and believe it or not one of my first jobs was that, when I came of age I ended up doing the same as her, but if I'm honest with you I do not like having a boss because I resent the injustices that one can live as an employee. >Being an entrepreneur has its advantages and disadvantages, among the advantages I can mention that you are always entertained thinking about what to create or weighing how to improve a product or your current financial situation, also the fact that your schedule and time is up to you and you do not have anyone who is nagging or pressuring you, that for me is wonderful.

Entre las desventajas está que no tienes un sueldo seguro, ni pensión para la vejez, y quizás este sea el punto que a muchos le impida ser emprendedor, porque lamentablemente nuestros padres siempre nos han enseñado que debemos estudiar para ser empleados de alguien o de alguna institución y lastimosamente hoy en día muchos todavía tienen esa idea vigente. Desde pequeña siempre he leído muchos libros de emprendimiento y la conclusión de todo es hacer que el dinero trabaje por ti, en vez de uno trabajar por el dinero y esto siempre me dio curiosidad, yo conocí a un señor que puso esto en práctica. Él empezó como empleado en un establecimiento, luego aprendió la parte de administración, contacto con vendedores y después monto un pequeño negocio de víveres, con el tiempo las ganancias obtenidas las invirtió en un pequeño local que compro y así fue comprando casas y locales, hoy en día tiene más de 7 propiedades en alquiler y él no se mortifica por pensiones ni sueldo ni nada de eso, porque ya el logro que el dinero trabajará para él, y al igual que ese señor esa es mi meta. >Among the disadvantages is that you do not have a secure salary or pension for old age, and perhaps this is the point that prevents many from being an entrepreneur, because unfortunately our parents have always taught us that we must study to be employees of someone or some institution and unfortunately today many still have that idea in force. >Since I was little I have always read many books on entrepreneurship and the conclusion of everything is to make the money work for you, instead of working for the money and this always made me curious, I knew a man who put this into practice. He started as an employee in an establishment, then he learned the part of administration, contact with sellers and then set up a small grocery business, over time the profits obtained were invested in a small place that he bought and so he was buying houses and premises, today he has more than 7 properties for rent and he is not mortified by pensions or salary or anything like that, because he already achieved that the money will work for him, and like that man that is my goal.

Otra desventaja de ser emprendedor y no empleado, es que nuestro estado de ánimo influye mucho en nuestras metas y logros, y eso personalmente a mí me ha afectado, hay días en que quiero comerme el mundo, pero hay días que ando por el subsuelo, y aunque sé cuál es mi problema e intento trabajarlo, de vez en cuando me afecta. Cómo emprendedor uno debe ser una persona arriesgada, decidida y sin miedos, una persona positiva a pesar de las circunstancias y un motivador innato, a veces para hacerle porras a los demás y a veces para hacernos porras a nosotros mismos . >Another disadvantage of being an entrepreneur and not an employee, is that our state of mind influences a lot in our goals and achievements, and that has affected me personally, there are days when I want to eat the world, but there are days when I am in the basement, and although I know what my problem is and I try to work on it, from time to time it affects me. >As an entrepreneur one must be a risk-taker, determined and fearless, a positive person despite the circumstances and an innate motivator, sometimes to cheer others and sometimes to cheer ourselves.
