I would like to share it with my friends. We call it an easy Christmas cake. So let's see how to make it today.
Ingredients;
- 200g of wheat flour
- 300g of white sugar
- An egg
- 250g of grated coconut
- A pinch of salt powder
- Dates 50 grams
- 50 grams of cashews in small pieces
- Two teaspoons of baking powder
- A tablespoon of vanilla
- 1.5 drops of red food coloring
- 1.5 drops of green food colouring
- Eight tablespoons of icing sugar
- Three teaspoons of fresh milk
The method of making;
Take a pan and add six table spoons of sugar to it and caramelize it on low heat until golden.
Now add the remaining sugar to it and caramelize it well.
Add pinch of salt and mix well.
Add grated coconut and stir.
Let it simmer on low flame for about two minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Put the caramelized coconut in another bowl and keep it aside.
Now add two teaspoons of baking powder to the flour and stir.
Stir the flour into the coconut mixture three times, one at a time.
Now take a tray and spread oil well on it. After that put an oil paper and apply oil well on it too.
Now add the cake mix and spread it evenly.1
Now bake the cake mixture for fifteen minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Add four tablespoons of icing sugar equally to two bowls.
Add drops of food coloring to one bowl red and green to the other bowl.
Add one and a half tablespoons of fresh milk to one bowl and stir.
Now put the food coloring in piping bags and decorate the baked cake as desired.
Now it's time to taste.
