Every country has something unique to offer the universe, and there is a thought that comes to my heart when I think of Korea, I see more than just their culture, technology, the way the lives or even the food they eat. I foreseen a lessons that can inspire everyone of us all.
The first things I’ve come to admire is the value Koreans place on respect, they value respect a lots. The easy way of bowing, the way elders are being honored, and how politeness is woven into daily conversations remind me that respect never goes out of style, because there is a great man that says "Respect is Reciprocal". It’s a lesson other countries can derive from and always learn as well.
Meanwhile, another outstanding thing is Korea’s resilience. History gave us the full history that this country (Korea) has gone through difficult times, yet instead of staying down, it rebuilt itself with determination, and that is why a great man says "Tough time never last but Tough people do, and only the Tough people can talk about the Tough Time".
Today, Korea is not only known for its traditions only, but also for being a leader in innovation, technology, fame and global influence. That spirit of never giving up is something I believe we can all take to heart because winners never give up but they get up. This Korean we are talking about, they are full of creativity, whether it’s through Drama, K-pop, movies, or even through their traditional dishes, there’s a constant drive to mix the old with the new.
In a nutshell, Learning from Korea is not just about admiring from a far distance or hoping, but about asking myself how I can apply these things l have learnt so far which are respect, resilience, innovative, thinking outside the box and creativity into my own daily life. I believed I have spoken well and delivered as well.
