### Hello Hivians and all you beer lovers.
Saturday on Hive of course means it's time to write about the good old amber nectar or Beer!!

### Today we are going to Inveralmond in Scotland
Inveralmond brewery is in Perthshire in the East of Scotland.
Inveralmond Brewery is now part of the Innis & Gunn family and has been making beers since 1997.

Celebrating good news.
After what seemed like an eternity I recently got some biological medicine that you self inject fortnightly to maybe treat some of my arthritis.
I felt like celebrating with a Golden Ale!

### Who needs champagne bubbles when you can have golden beer bubbles!

### Ossian golden ale!
As the label says, Ossian is a refreshing (and I can vouch for that) golden ale.
Ossian has received multiple awards, including recognition as Champion Beer of Scotland for its cask version and a Silver award at the Scottish Beer Awards for its bottled version.
Fine stuff indeed!
Did you see the bubbles ... golden it is.

### Who the fluff is Ossian?
First of all, there is a stone called "Ossian's Stone" which is ten miles from the brewery and is believed to mark the resting place of Ossian.
Ossian was a legendary warrior from the 3rd century and was the son of Fingal (also known as Finn MacCool or Fionn mac Cumhaill).

It was a tasty beer and I had my lips licking while I got some more inspiration from another #beersaturday post of mine.

Cheers to a fantastic community in Hive and a wonderful initiative!
### Cheers 🍻

Now just a quick soft beef taco makes for a wonderful appetiser with this golden ale!

Ossian is a perfect accompaniment to food!

### My verdict
I love smooth and tasty beers. I do love fruits and Ossian has lemon and orange in there.
I did mention earlier that it was refreshing. Well it fluffing well is. It also has malts in there and overall it makes for a smooth blend and it just flows down your throat so easily!
### The deets

Note these are summarised from my Gemini AI account.
### Characteristics:
ABV (Alcohol By Volume): 4.1%
It uses a blend of hops, including First Gold, Cascade, and Fuggles.
The malt base includes pale ale malt, caramalt, and wheat.

Posting about a beer on a Saturday on the Beer Community ....
**Cheers to the golden ale and cheers to Ossian**
It's a whole bunch of fun, so check out [The #BeerSaturday Challenge - Week 402](https://peakd.com/hive-187719/@detlev/beersaturday-402) from the one and only @detlev.
