Had to laugh when I saw this while walking this morning. I hope it brings a smile to your day like it did mine. I shared it with my wife and she didn't understand the humor. My son and I found that immensely funny.
Had to walk to the patch testing site this morning before it was actually fully light out. It was rainy and gloomy but overall I was happy to leave the hotel room. Light rain but I had an umbrella.
I arrived at the office early because the patches were itchy and I really didn't want them on any longer than necessary. I got lucky and got in 15 minutes early

And that is the least fostering picture of me ever but I need to make sure we have baseline and why not store it where it won't get deleted?
While I was wearing it I was worried it would come off 😂... The way it pulled the skin coming off I needn't have worried.
Anyways I'll have to return in a week for another check for so far no reaction so I'm not likely allergic to anything.
After that? Time to walk back to the hotel and when I got there? 5000 steps before 10am
As for the rest of the day??
Got home and immediately went to sleep.
Well I tried. The was a little family emergency with one of the homestay boys... Teenagers can have lapses in judgement but it is taken care of now
Got to walk the dog in the evening to add a couple thousand steps and watched an old movie with the kids in the evening...
It's good to be home and really nice to have that tape and patches of my back..
And now up sleep and see what tomorrow holds
