Funny thing happened this morning. It started with me walking the dog. As you can see it wasn't a very good day for a walk.
Walking through the grass was more life walking through a marsh.
Drains that were supposed to be working were overloaded and had big puddles over top of them.
Why was this funny?
When I got home my wife was still in bed and get question was
"Is it wet or there?"
I was "yeah it's pretty wet"
Her response... "Are you sure?"
I had to laugh. The dog was soaked, I was soaked, "yeah I'm sure"
After that it was time for work. Not a bad thing because it meant I didn't have to go out in the rain or look after kids.
During the day the rain stopped and the puddles receded a little bit.
And I thought that was a pretty nice reflection in the puddle. Of course a puddle large enough to reflect the sky is kind of odd but I'll take the nice images where I can get them.
