Century Manor, The last remaining buildings of the Victorian era Hamilton Asylum For The Insane. Has sat abandoned since the 1990s and was the second abandoned place that I had ever explored (back in 2016).
Today it is an active demolition site!
The main building still stands and will be converted into 40 affordable housing units. Below are shots showing what buildings have been demolished.

And going way further back, This was the asylum before most of it was demolished in the 1980s.
The buildings have been demolished because the land will be home to a massive old age and retirement community, consisting of townhouses and high rise buildings.
I walked the grounds hoping to find new tunnels (there was a massive tunnel complex under the hospital) or anything else new.
With nothing new found, I sat back and just took in the strange feeling. It was bizarre seeing the rubble and empty land, after exploring those buildings for a decade. At least the main building won't end up as a pile of rubble too!
