For years I have used the basement of and old abandoned glass bottle factory (Basement was the only non demolished section left) as my practice grounds for steel wool and light painting photos. This ended a few months back when homeless people took it over and created a tent city inside of it. I figured I would just wait until they moved on, to use it again. Unfortunately the city took action and demolished it/filled it in.
So now it is gone and this post is to pay homage to a location that the majority of my long exposure experience and knowledge was learned!
