A few days ago, I got a notification from Ecency. It mentioned that visitors to my blog hadn’t seen anything new in a while, and gently nudged me to get back to creating—and maybe even earning from it. It struck a chord, because I realized I hadn't drawn in quite some time. I'd thought about it often, but the ideas never made it past my mind. Every time I tried sketching something on paper, it ended in a dead end.
So, I decided to switch things up and try drawing digitally using Krita.
Yet again, I found myself staring at a blank canvas, unsure of what to draw. In the end, I just let my hand move and followed wherever it took me. That’s how this sht figure came to be— who seems to be trying to escape from the frame.
Here are the steps :
At first I thought of making it colorful starting from the maggot, but I undid it after seeing it :D
Seeing the shading makes me even more excited, reminding me of the pleasure of seeing the result and feeling: wow that's cool 💀
And in the end, I ended up with this figure—someone (or something) that looks like it’s trying to escape the frame. I don’t know where the idea came from, or even if it’s really an “idea” at all.
