This mango bears fruit all the time, and it keeps turning over without waiting for the season. In my area, it's called "honey mango" (in Acehnese).
Perhaps this mango is called "Mangga gadung" (https://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mangga_gadung). The skin is green, and when ripe, the mango in my area is yellow. The center of the mango is the color of honey, but it's not a honey mango. Even though it's still young, it's not sour and can be eaten plain. The savory flavor is also very pronounced.
