Trying to resume my journey for a healthier lifestyle has been a lot harder than I anticipated!
Time has been scarce and as much as I know it's wrong, exercise is the first thing I drop out of my calendar when things get tough.
But today I decided to stand up for myself and squeeze in a short afternoon walk. Of course it was far from ideal but at much better than nothing!
I will try to be better throughout the rest of the week
