- What problem is the product/project solving?
1Ramp is on a mission to empower content creators on the Internet. We are building a protocol called ‘Asteria’ (www.hapramp.com) which will be coupled with the product to enable users to have full control over their data along with mechanisms to monetize their content. How will this increase the amount of STEEM being powered up? We are designing an Incentive structure for long term users which will favor rewards for users who power up more often.

What financial incentives are you willing to provide to Steemit, Inc.? At this stage we do not believe there will be significant financial Incentive earned in the platform, our estimated burn is a lot more than earning. although once we increase the user base and head towards decent monetization in 6 months. we are very open to sharing revenue with Steemit, Inc.

How will you become financially sustainable once the delegation is removed? Paid Contests, Utilization of 1Ramp Points on e-commerce partners (currently in India), event partners and virtual products on the 1Ramp store.

Token Offering
We are currently Integrating 1Ramp point system in the platform which will be replaced by 1Ramp Token after testing the logic thoroughly. Therefore, at this stage, we cannot share any information about the 1Ramp token. We will share the information with Steemit, Inc at the right time within 4 months.
Do you plan to raise money from other investors?
We are in the process of raising $800k from investors to work on the protocol as well as the application layer. The public announcement for the same will be made by September end along with the Investment details. We will notify the same to Steemit, Inc via a formal email and announce on our blog.

We agree that our business will continue to leverage the Steem blockchain as long as we are receiving a delegation and 1 year following the removal of the delegation. During this time we also agree to promote the Steem blockchain as a valuable technological protocol that delivers unique value. We are willing to sign a legally binding contract with Steemit, Inc. to this effect.
