¶ Love your wife unconditionally, passionately and romantically
Well, apart from what the holy book says that "Husbands, Love your wives", generally, its the duty of a man to love his wife no matter what.
Talking about unconditionally, it means, even if the lady has flaws and no matter how numerous the flaws her. The day you said " I do", you have to do with her and all her flaws. Talking about passionately and romantically, many men are no longer passionately and romantically in love with their wives anymore, especially after giving birth. Remember, Marriage is for better for worse, till death do you part.
¶ Honour your wife
Now let me say this in the aspect of communication and hearing out ones wife. Men should learn to ask the opinions of the wife frequently and value what she says.
Many men believe that ladies don't have any tangible thing to say, not knowing that they actually do have better things to say if you look within.
¶ Be forgiving
No man or woman is an island and women are quick to err. Husbands should learn to forgive easily when their wife offends them, no matter how hurting. This makes the home less hot and more loving.
¶ Brag about her
Before you married your wife, there must have been something special you found about her or in her. Its not a crime when you appreciate your wife and brag about her, even behind her back. This will make people respect you more as a man when you express love to your wife.
¶ Surprise her with gifts occasionally
Women are known to be people who love beautiful things, gifts and all that, especially when it comes with a surprise.
Also, you can write love letters and send text messages to her, reminding her of how you love and appreciate her. It doesn't have to be only on her birthday or when you have any special occasion. This sends lovely messages to women and you'll make them love you more.
