the Apocalypse on Seasame Street

No more sunny days, only mushroom clouds remain. Destruction all around as I made my way to Sesame Street.

In 2009 I tried to go all digital and used a wacom tablet for a while. Among the arts made were a few of the characters from Sesame Street, reconstructed to fit my dark vision. The first one was none other than the biggest bird you've ever seen. Big Bird. What a clever name.

Next up, but months later, were those two quirky bros that didn't always see eye to eye, or nose to nose. I don't know what the official story is but they're either life long besties like Kenny vs Spenny or they're actually bros. Either way, after Sesame Street collapsed they were out onto a differnt street and that street didn't put up with Ernies shit.

In between the years I did a few other muppets, but only Kermit from Sesame St.

Eventually I said no more pop art. I didn't want to be known for that guy that turns other peoples characters into zombies.

I wanted to be known for my own work. So I did that for a long time. Painted and drew zombies of everything I could that came from my own imagination A did that for a long long time.

But lately I've started to draw a few of my old favourites again. This is 3 seperate drawings that I will share with my collectors on DRiP in the next few days. https://drip.haus/driphorde

The reason that I'm drawing these isn't clear right now so I think it's most likely just for fun and to market myself.

It is fun. What do you think? Who are your favourite Sesame Street characters that need to be remade? Let me know and thanks for reading this far.
