DAILY LIFE STORY: "Buying Liquors for A Friend's Birthday Party"

As adults, we have been celebrating birthdays differently now. It is not about the grand celebrations, or cooking so many foods for guests. We now prefer to spend time with our closest friends and family on such a special day. Of course, there are simple foods prepared, but the highlight is usually the drinking session for everyone.

Recently, a friend of ours celebrated her birthday. We don't think shewill appreciate a cake as a gift, so we're considering getting some liquor for the party she is throwing. We went to the nearest convenience store to choose from a lot of options.

When we got there, we walked towards the section for alcoholic drinks. We saw a lot of choices displayed. There are some light drinks, some Soju, GSM Blue, and more. We can't decide which one to buy, so we stayed there for a while discussing which is best for the occasion.

We thought of the things we need to consider. First, which brand is her favorite?? That alone helped us in our decision-making. And we found what we were looking for at the bottom of the shelves—the section for stiff drinks, like Tequila, Vodka, Rum, and Whiskey. Finally, we know what we will buy!

The birthday celebrant is a heavy drinker, so we grabbed one El Hombre tequila. Aside from that, we also went to the counter to buy one Alfonso. These were enough for the party night, as we knew the check had also prepared some drinks for us.

We didn't capture photos in the cashier's area because we were running out of time. After paying at the counter, we went straight home and got ourselves ready for the night party at our friend's house.
