Cooking breakfast has been challenging lately because we need to consider what the kids would like - our niece and nephews. We have to think of something that they would love to eat, too. And it is sometimes hard to get ideas from them.
There are mornings when we want to prepare quick and easy breakfast ideas, like just having scrambled eggs. But this time, we wanted to level up. Instead of just having eggs, we added corned beef to it. When we bought some eggs and a can of corned beef, we just mixed them in a bowl and added some salt to it.
We heated some oil in the pan, and when it was ready, we started cooking. We don't know if some Filipinos are cooking like this with the egg and corned beef too, but we got this idea from our Mama. While cooking this dish, we are also preparing the table for our breakfast and boiling some water for our coffee.
We prepared the rice for the kids and made some coffee for us adults. After cooking for a few minutes, the dish is ready to be served. We put them in a single plate and placed them on the table to be shared with the family.
