In this new blog, we will be sharing another dish we had for lunch. It was really hard to think of something to eat, especially because we are eating with kids, our niece and nephews. We need to prepare foods that they will love too.
We bought some fish from the local market and fried them. We don't know the name of this fish, but this is one of our favorites.
After frying the fish, it is time to prepare some side dishes and sauce to elevate the taste. We have this favorite combo of sauce that we always partner with our fried fish. First, we need some tomatoes and onions.
After getting some tomatoes and onions, we also grabbed the popular Bagoong (Fish Paste). Filipinos love this, and we are not an exception. We usually use this as an ingredient in some meals we cook, or it just serves as a sauce.
We sliced the tomatoes and onions, and put some fish paste on them. It was perfect and ready for the feast. When the sauce was prepared, we had already put them on the table for our lunch.
We enjoyed our favorite fried fish and the side dish of tomatoes and onions with fish paste along with it. Aside from us, the kids also enjoyed it. Though it is just a simple meal, we all loved it since it's a common dish here in our province.
So, that's it for today. Thank you so much for reading. See you on our next blog. Sending good vibes to everyone!
