DAILY LIFE STORY: "Prepared Shrimp Tamarind Soup for Lunch"

Every day, it's a challenge to decide what to cook for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It feels like a puzzle we need to solve. We ran out of ideas sometimes as well. And it makes everything more complicated when we cannot answer the question "What do we want to eat?".

But yesterday, we all agreed on one viand, the Shrimp Tamarind Soup. We bought only ½ kilo of shrimp since it was a bit pricey here. We also purchased the necessary ingredients, including vegetables, soup mix, and other seasonings.

We do not have a step-by-step guide on how to cook this recipe, but it was easy to follow. We only cooked the shrimp with the seasoning and added the vegetables when the shrimp turned orange, meaning they were already cooked.

The ½ kilo shrimp was enough for us and the kids. Additionally, the soup was more than enough. While the food was still hot, we started preparing our lunch at the table. We grabbed some plates, got some rice, and put the viand in a large bowl. We started eating with our niece and nephews. Did we mention that this is their favorite dish? Yes, they love shrimp so much.

We enjoyed the lunch together, sharing this tasty viand with family. We will prepare this again. Overall, it tasted deliciously sour. The shrimp were also good. It is indeed great to share good food with family, as it strengthens the bond and improves the relationship.

So, that's it for today. Thank you so much for reading. See you on our next blog. Sending good vibes to everyone!
