In my last blog, I shared about how me and my boyfriend met and the process of this trip. So for today’s blog, I’ll be sharing how our trip went. So sit back, relax and enjoy!

📌DAY 1 – April 02, 2022

Today is the day. Finally, the long wait is over. Honestly, the night before our trip, I can’t sleep well because I kept on waking up to check the time. HAHAHAHA! Maybe because I’m very excited and I’m also afraid that we’ll wake up late and cannot catch up the first bus to Hagnayan Port. HAHAHA! Weird right? Are you guys like that too? Anyway, I woke up at 3:00 AM. I prepared, checked our things and also cooked some noodles for us to eat before having a long trip ahead. Around 4:00 AM, we head to the North Bus Terminal via taxi and luckily we’re able to catch the 5:00 AM bus to Hagnayan port.
After almost 4 hours of sitting in the bus. We arrived at Hagnayan Port around 9:00 AM. From there, we met Ate Charo, our Tour guide- who's very hospitable and cheerful. While waiting for Ate Charo, who lined up to buy our ticket, me and my boyfriend were talking about the do’s and don’ts when we arrived at Bantayan. One of those is that turning off our mobile data. HAHAHA! It’s a “we” time so we decided to use our phone for pictorial purposes only, we’re only allowed to turn on our mobile data at the end of the day or let's say if we want to post some *myday in our social media accounts.
Our ticket going to Bantayan Island is at 9:30 AM but we departed around 10:00 AM. Arrived at Bantayan Island almost 12:00 PM already. I was very hungry during this trip, but sadly the ship has no food to offer ‘cause they don’t have a canteen. HUHUHU! Sad, 😶 so what I did was sleep the whole trip and let my boyfriend wake me once we arrived in our destination. Hahaha!
I was mesmerized by the sea water as we disembark. Gosh! I forgot I was so hungry at that time, all I wanted to do is to dive into the sea right away. HAHAHA!

📌 DADDY’S CAPS HOUSE

Our first stop was "Daddy's Caps Guest House". Photos are from Daddy's Caps Guest House facebook page.
This is where we're going to stay. The place is so nice and safe. If you're looking for a place to stay in Bantayan, I highly recommend the Daddy's Caps guest house. It's a walking distance to the Kota Beach and to the Market. Again the place is so nice.
Their room is so big with an aircon and it has its own CR.
You can also cook food if you guys wanted to. We actually don't know what's the real rate of their room but you guys can check it in their Facebook page. 📌Chef PANYANG

We grabbed our lunch here at Panyang (Asian, American, International Cuisine and Seafood House) their foods are so yummy and full serving. 🤤 We ordered Squid Adobo, Sizzling Pork Tenderloin, Swee & Sour Shrimp, two cups of rice and bottles of softdrinks. I wasn't able to take lots of good photos because we're so hungry by that time and the food is so tempting to let it wait, so . . . . . . attack 🤤🤣🤣
After our lunch, we went back to the Daddy cap's house to get a little rest before we do our land tour. I think around 1 or almost 2 PM when we start driving. Dropping some of our poses with the beauty of Bantayan.

That ends our Day 1. It was indeed a fun and a little labidabi moment with my bebe 😍😍😍 HAHAHAHA! Even though we haven't witnessed the perfect sunset because it was cloudy, we're still very happy because we have each others company. This scenario made me appreciate the beauty of everything and how amazing and thankful I am to God. Although I appreciate everything God created but there's something kinda different when you're with your loved ones. It became more meaningful and romantic. Being with the one you love doing nothing, just enjoying the little things, is a dream come true. I'm very happy and thankful for this day. I hope that this is not the end. 😍😍
