The word this week from the Buddy Up community is Freedom. Each week a word is chosen by the community and suggested as a post to write about, There is no condition to what you write other than it must incorporate the word of the week into the post. As the content the reason why or other. There is no right or wrong type post. You are welcome to come join us and discuss the posts made for the week. This show takes place in the buddy Up server. https://discord.gg/3d5H3K8 at 8 PM UK time (7 PM UTC) each Monday.  **Freedom** This word has so many levels to it and so many degree's on each level too. An agreement on what Freedom is will be hard to define to one singular instance to cover all. My opinion is that total freedom, to do anything that one might think is not possible. At some point your actions will impact on another. Should this impact have a negative on the other person. Then the actions should be considered on various merits for infringement on another's freedom. Let's avoid getting nitty picky with little details of It's not right in this circumstance or If they do this then I should be able to do that. Let's work through this post with the assumption that we all know what is wrong in a general manner. We all know if we are doing something wrong, Simple enough, we hide what we are doing. So avoiding all those instance were someone doesn't want others to know what they are doing times. I will try examine Freedom. Back in the chat room last week in the Buddy Up Server https://discord.gg/3d5H3K8 Freedom was talked about in the chat. One of the things mentioned there was that Dom in some language actually stands for dumb. Maybe I am the dumbest of all. But somehow I might be able to put up a point that you are not free at all. You are more enslaved now than ever before in history. I also reserve the right to twist and use words for my own purpose in this post to put across a specific point of view. conspiracy theories are abound through out this post.  How Free are we? How free are we to make choices? What assures us of this freedom? Two main points to freedom are the choices we are able to make as individuals and the assurances in place that we will always hold those choices available to us. Limitation to either of those is a limitation to freedom. Freedom of choice on how we live. We have little say over the law's that get past. these same laws are imposed on us through the society we live in. I can hear the retort already. If you don't want those people in power, vote for the other. That is a major part of the problem, The other, Why is there only two? Two candidates put forward one or the other. A limitation on choice is set forth from the start. The financial impact alone restricts many from entering into this election process. Those who are on the candidate list have big finance behind them. This more often is because of the ability to direct the decision of the candidate than what the candidate is said to represent. The choice of who to vote for in an election is already decided by a small minority group. This whole process is run by a wealth system. Spend money to gain favour and profit. This is done at the expense of the people. (yes those gaining from the favour are people too). Here is an interesting article if you do not believe that above. I say the choice you think you have are an option others have decided upon. The choices made by the majority over the last 1000 years have all been filtered by the choices others made previous. Just options of what others wanted to offer. What binds us captive to this system is currency. Our need for it. This need is a legitimate need. Even with a change in how the governing body works or an alternative method of a nations functions to provide a monetary or replacement system would be needed. A need for a company of sorts will always be needed to maintain function within a society. This may merely be for roadway and transport or energy supply food and water resource protection, various other obvious things too. They would all need a common medium of interaction though, This would be a monetary or credit system. We may never have a total freedom. We can have one that provides more options along with the choices though. This is for us to provide for ourselves. Reliant on others we will never reach out for our freedom.  To find our freedom that is where we need to live. Right now I am going to go to fantasy land, **Maybe?** Freedom means essential under no rule. To put this term to fit a society. Under the guide of a constitution. The constitution made by agreement of the people. Amendment to this constitution should also be done the same way. (We won't dip into that right now, maybe a later post). In previous times of fairy-tale people lived in Kingdom's. These places would come under the rule of a King. The lands that these Kings had control over would be considered part of their kingdom. The roots of the needs for wealth. the ability to reward those who lived on your land against your need to defend the land, along with the comfort of living you wish to have. To be free you have to live in the land of Freedom. Of the nation Freedom. We would be citizens of Freedom. Therefore be always Free Citizens. As citizens of Freedom we would also get some Free Money. We would all be FreeGirl and Freeboy in Freedom. That might just be a fantasy, it is a much better dream than the nightmare. The nightmare of being restricted, held back, prevented because it does not suit the needs of a few. I see the shackles places upon me as adornments of metals. I see the weights placed at the end as gesture of worth, too valuable to lose. I hear the words you say as a reason to move forward. In all the negativity you send to me. I see a greater reason to take a step to set all people free. Released from the binds of captivity. Of obligation and responsibility. Providing for the needs of the elite the one we do not see. An open vision, people live and let be. Create a new society. One that respects represents and works for you and me. Plant some seeds grow us a tree. Let it branch out shade you and me. Shade it Water it, We will gain the fruit each year eventually. Life has no guarantee. No assurance to life or family. I continue to the its possible, surround myself with positivity. The future is ours to see and build. What can your imagination building?
