Another week has passed and it's time for another Virtual Real Estate Update regarding our favorite Web 3 game, Splinterlands!
I did more land worker shuffling the past week. I also joined a recent Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge where I provided a simple tutorial in rebuilding your land worksite.
Previously, I saved up most of the resources I harvested and built Wagon Kits that I may or may not use during the Conflicts.
This time around, I reverted to swapping resources to DEC in order to fund more developments pertaining to land.
Also, I would like to congratulate two more Splinterlands players who have recently unlocked a new status in the game!

Routine Harvest
Regional Claims
It's so convenient having the CLAIM ALL button available as long as you have enough Grain in your region.
In case you don't have enough, you can do individual claims for each resource. Only a few steps added to the process so it's not that bad.
Regarding Research, SPS, and Aura, other natural resources aside from Grain will be needed before claiming. Ensure you have enough of these resources ready. In the event that you don't have enough, you can utilize the trade hub and acquire the missing resources by swapping either using DEC or other resources you have in excess.

Tax Collection - Keeps
I currently own 3 Keeps. These are located in different regions.
I always do regular harvests first before claiming taxes. This way, more resources will be stored in the Keeps' storage, and therefore more resources can be claimed.
I have not been getting any luck on totem fragments. One of these days!
Resource Swaps
The exchange rates of natural resources have been below the Grain Factor for 2 weeks now. This means that Grain is currently more valuable than Wood, Stone, or Iron.
Still, my plan for this week was to acquire more DEC that I can reallocate back into the game.

Guild Updates
As always, the taxes collected from the Region 46 Keep will be converted to Guild Power and will be used to power up our Guild's buildings.
Little by little, I am able to contribute to the growth of the guild!
LP Position
The final step of my Weekly Routine is increasing my position in the Grain-DEC Liquidity Pool. This is done via the Trade Hub.
I usually use a portion of swapped DEC from non-grain resources as part of the Grain-DEC pair.
Since shutting off my Aura Labs, I have been acquiring more DEC (more unconsumed resources to trade). The Labs are now Grain Farms, generating me even more excess grain!
I am contributing over 2 million Grains' worth of shares into the pool. The other half of the pair will be taken from the total DEC acquired for the week.
My share of the pool is now at 1.414%. Keep 'em comin'.
In Other News
Follow Up To The Community Engagement Challenge

Though I was not able to show what happens after the worksite has been rebuilt in that article, I wanted to make sure I still provide a walkthrough regarding next steps.
Since I did not use any Time Crystals to speed up the rebuild process, I had to wait 24 hours for the building to complete.
Once it was ready, 500 Grain was needed to be spent to feed our lone worker that rebuilt the worksite.
Shortly after, I removed the worker, the Power Core, and staked DEC. I'll use these on a different land plot.
New Land Barons
I take great pride and honor being able to help others reach their goals.
Not only is @demon19 a strong and competitive Splinterlands player and scholar, she is now also a Land Baron (Baroness), owning at least 50 land plots!

She has been a big factor in ensuring competition in general Splinterlands gameplay.
She has been reallocating some of her scholar earnings recently onto other parts of the game and has now unlocked a new milestone.
Another Filipino player who recently reached Land Baron status is a long-time TeamPH Guildmember, @mochilub!
He has reached Land Baron status a bit ago but never broadcasted it to anyone.
More and more Filipinos are increasing their stake in the game! I am glad to have been part of their quest to achieve these milestones. Looking forward to them continuing their Splinterlands journey!
Further Developments And Future Goals
The number of active plots went down today. This is due to moving workers from one land plot to another. The 3-day cooldown is such a bummer, but it will be worth it once I reassign these workers to higher rarity plots.
Plot count is at 431 owned. I have moved some plots in order for a friend to reach her goal but I also acquired more a few days after.
Regarding current production, my lineup is as follows:
Land, for me, is such a fascinating part of this game. I don't play ranked or tournaments as much as I used to. Still, I love being here.
I am not done making moves. Total plot count and production stats may fluctuate from one week to another.
