Hi There!

I guess we can never fully trust weather prediction. Rained now and then last night, rained around 6 AM, and now it's raining again. I was so hoping we would get a hot week per news said. Hottest week we'd see, they said, and yet it's wet, wet, wet and only 12C in reality ๐Ÿ˜…

Good thing is, we have this super easy and delicious cookie to binge today ๐Ÿ˜‹

My boys love them. This is actually my go to cookie recipe when I want a nice soft chocolate chip cookie. Easy to mix and match ingredients and always comes out yummo. Believe me ๐Ÿ˜‰
