It's been a while since I have been on one of my blog soap boxes, but with today's US government shut down, I couldn't resist the urge to write. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, nobody has the right to tell you how to live your life, PERIOD! Yet that’s exactly what governments and so-called “authorities” try to do every single day. They pile on laws, taxes, and regulations like they own you, while living by a completely different set of rules themselves.
The truth is, their system only works because people, or as I like to say "sheeple", go along with it. Once you stop and look at the difference between the laws of man and the laws of nature, you realize real order doesn’t come from a state or a courtroom. It comes from reality itself, and reality doesn’t negotiate.
What the laws of nature really are
When I say laws of nature, I’m not talking about some abstract philosophy. I’m talking about the rules of reality that nobody can dodge. Gravity doesn’t care about your politics. If you don’t eat, you starve. If you destroy the land, you pay the price when it won’t grow food anymore. If you screw over the people around you, eventually you end up alone. Nobody writes these laws, nobody votes on them, and nobody enforces them with a badge. They just exist, and if you don’t respect them, you learn the hard way.
What man’s laws actually are
The laws of man are a whole different story. These are the rules politicians scribble down to keep everybody in line, usually while they live by a completely different set of rules themselves. Taxes, fines, regulations, permits; all of it is about control and revenue. Sometimes you get useful stuff for public safety, like traffic laws so people don’t smash into each other every five minutes, but that was just used as another form of revenue generation for the state, break the law, get a fine. But most of it is just layers of nonsense piled on top of each other to justify their power. And the wild part is these laws change all the time depending on who’s in charge. What’s legal today might be illegal tomorrow, not because our physical reality changed, but because some clown in a suit decided it should.
A perfect example: The US government shutdown
Look at the recent US government shutdown. The shutdown didn’t change reality at all. People still need food, gas, and pay their bills, that's just apart of life. It didn’t make society crumble overnight, either. In fact, the financial markets have already priced it in and are actually looking pretty good, at least looking at early market numbers at time of writing this. So investors and traders are not shook at all by the shutdown.
What it did show the absurdity of man’s laws. These “authorities” think they hold the keys to order, yet a disagreement in Congress can paralyze the system entirely. It’s the clearest example that the state’s power is extremely fragile, manufactured, and completely dependent on people believing it’s real. Nature doesn’t shut down because of politics. You still have to eat, work, and solve your problems. The shutdown is proof that man’s authority is fundamentally illegitimate. Gee, I think they made a movie about this sort of thing back in the late 90's...
Why legitimacy matters
Here’s the thing, just because someone has the "power" to punish you doesn’t mean they have legitimacy. Real legitimacy comes from what actually makes sense and lines up with reality. If a rule keeps people safe or helps things run smoother, folks will generally follow it on their own. But when the rule is built on control, extraction, or hypocrisy, people start finding ways around it. Perfect example of this would be alcohol and cannabis. Prohibition never works and the people will find a way around the system to get what they want. That’s the difference. The state says “follow or else.” Nature says “do this or deal with the consequences.” One is real, the other is manufactured. Natural law is built simply on the principle of cause and effect, that's what is real.
How this plays out in real life
Natural law is what really keeps things in order whether you notice it or not. If you lie and cheat constantly, people stop dealing with you. If you put in the work to grow food, build trust, or learn a skill, you see the payoff in a way no government program can ever replicate. That’s real life. Cause and effect. Not a politician’s decree. It's a pretty simple concept, right? Then why is it so hard for the "sheeple" of the world to understand?
Living by the non-aggression principle
One of the simplest ways to live by natural law is to follow the non-aggression principle. Basically, don’t go out of your way to hurt anyone or take what isn’t yours, and in return, you don’t have to worry about getting hurt. It’s as simple as that. If you respect people’s boundaries and act responsibly, they’re more likely to respect yours. This doesn’t mean being weak or naive; it means understanding that unnecessary aggression just creates enemies and consequences. The world isn’t fair, but choosing not to harm others keeps the scales a little more in your favor.
Believe me when I say this, I am the dude that will give you the shirt off my back until you try to harm me, my family, close friends, or property. At that point, well it's the simple concept of 'FAFO' (Fuck Around, Find Out). Just be nice and try to get along with everyone, and generally people will like you. But don't let anyone take your 'dudeness' for weakness!
Why people get sick of man’s laws
The clash comes when the state tries to control every little thing that’s already covered by natural consequences. That’s where people get fed up. We don’t need some bureaucrat in some stuffy office telling us how to live, especially when they’re the last people we should trust with authority. Instead of helping, they pile on fees, fines, and restrictions that just make life harder for regular people while padding their own pockets. And this happens with EVERY SINGLE LAYER OF EVERY SINGLE GOVERNMENT ON THE PLANET AND IN HUMAN HISTORY!!! So, why do the mass majority still follow and give up an insane amount of their income to these corrupt pedophile fucks? Blows my mind that you all give these people 'power'.
What living by natural law means
Living by natural law isn’t about living in chaos; it’s about responsibility. Anarchy means 'no rulers' not 'no rules'. Simply living comes with it's own set of rules that we need to make sure we follow before we listen to any man. It means owning your choices and knowing the results land back on you. You respect reality instead of pretending some system will save you from it. You take care of yourself, your people, your land, and you live in a way where the consequences work in your favor. That’s where real freedom is. The state can pretend it hands out freedom, but the truth is freedom already exists. You either claim it and live it, or you hand it over and hope the system doesn’t crush you.
Wrapping it up
At the end of the day, the laws of man are only as strong as the power the 'sheeple' give them, and punishment they bring. The laws of nature don’t need judgement or punishment. They just are. And once you start seeing that difference, it changes everything. You stop looking to politicians for permission and start living in a way that actually makes sense. The recent US government shutdown is just the latest reminder that man’s authority is optional, extremely fragile, and ultimately illegitimate. Nature keeps running, consequences keep hitting, and reality doesn’t wait for a vote from anyone, much less some corrupt ass politician.
Until next time...
Be cool, be real, and always abide with YOU my dudes, not any governments!
