01 pechuga, 1/2 taza de harina de trigo, 1/2 6aza de pan rallado, 3/4 taza de agua, 01 cucharadita de curry, 01 cucharadita de ajo en polvo, 01 cucharada de salsa de ajo, 01 cucharada de salsa de soja, 02 cucharadas de mostaza, sal y pimienta al gusto.
1 chicken breast, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 3/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon garlic sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Lo primero que hay que hacer es lavar la pechuga de pollo y cortarla en filetes, luego escurrirla. Sazonar con sal, pimienta, salsa de soja, salsa de ajo y mostaza. Dejar marinar durante media hora.
