[Galerie Esther by the Ernst Fuchs Museum in Vienna, Austria](https://ernstfuchsmuseum.at/galerie-cafe-esther/)
Nine days ago I announced the upcoming Finissage of my solo exhibition. It has all the info and also a link to the previous post about the Vernissage. Yesterday, it was all wrapped up. The works are still hanging, but will be taken down on Tuesday, November 5th, as a new show is being installed.

Myself, I was too busy talking to the guests, and even though I had my cell phone and small camera with me, I relied on others to provide me with good pictures. It was a nice ending to a month-long exhibition. Like at the Vernissage, when some people arrived from far away (friends, collectors and artists from Serbia at that time), I was pleased to see my long-time artist friend Amanda Sage who came from the USA, visiting with some of her students. I have not seen her in years, so that she happened to be here just at this time was a great coincidence. For her, and students of the 'Visionary Art Movement' a visit to the Ernst Fuchs Museum when in Vienna is 'obligatory'.

I had known both Amanda and Vesna for several years already before I returned to Austria in 2010 (Summer Holiday) and 2011 to stay permanently. That was when we met personally, not just 'on-line' through social media. Amanda was a frequent visitor to Vienna and later on also taught classes at the Visionary Art Academy (here in Vienna up until Corona forced them to close down).

Also a pleasant surprise was Demetrius Staykoff visiting. I exhibited with him and two other artists in Marchtrenk 2018, Anderswelt und Zeitenwende. Demetrius' main occupation: he is a Neurologist!

At the end of the evening, a circle of close friends remained. Also, there was no shortage of physicians: two more of my doctor friends were present.
for a change, my own photo, with my old rickety Canon TX1
the 'obligatory' attempt at a selfie - my arms are too short!
another doctor friend, a psychiatrist, checking up on my 'sanity' - another one of my Canon TX1 photos
Amanda is asking 'are you taking a photo again?'
that's the best I can do with my old Canon TX1
and then I had to get a sticker to cover the face of a anonymous person (also on some other pics above)
