Had the pleasure of volunteering at my eldest daughters athletics extravaganza yesterday and met some great people that put a lot of time and effort in to make the whole day fun, exciting but challenging. Especially as it was one of the warmest days of the year. Boxing, archery, football, dodge ball and more. Not a bad day to work up some steps. Peace
