I decided to pick a few blackberries, just the ones that were ripe and ready.
I prefer gathering them as soon as they are ripe and still firm.
Halfway through picking, these two somehow managed to find me. It was a bit of a walk, I’m still not sure how they knew where I was.
Or maybe they just decided to wander into the woods on their own, and it was pure coincidence that I happened to be there.
After picking, I let them climb around the trees for a while.
This was an accidental shot, but I thought it looked cool.
Coco kept eyeing the basket with the blackberries.
She won't go far from it.
She even sat beside it for a while.
We all walked home together, and I gave them a treat while I made a blackberry crumble.
