Baía dos juncos located in São Vicente
Baía dos Juncos is the ideal place for activities such as surfing and bodyboarding, in the early afternoon, after having lunch there, less close by, I decided to take a walk near this place, I went there with my camera, hoping to capture good photographs for memory The sun was warm and the sky was clear, leaving an enchanting landscape, between the dark contrasts of the rocks and the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
At the entrance to the ocean, a surfing icon “surfzone” immediately appears without even entering it, it is possible to see its bay and the immensity of the ocean right in front of us, quite imposing
Beautiful bay, with few people, just like I like visiting places :)
I had time to experience the sea hitting the rocks and making noise, as if music was playing.
It is possible to see a few meters further away the small village that appears in a kind of “middle of the sea” as the bay allows
They have a huge wall that helps the sea waves not impact the houses that were previously built right on top of it.
The imposing mountain makes all the houses seem small, despite having already photographed the entrance, each angle of that place offered a new perspective full of details to be captured, the waves hit the volcanic rocks that created splashes of water making the environment a little cooler.
The cliffs that surrounded the bay seemed to protect the place, well guarded and not very busy, where tranquility became a refuge.
Taking a closer look, it was possible to see 2 surfers, one I managed to catch him coming in, the other was already there, although the waves weren't very strong, some good "waves" were still possible and of course the contrast prevails over the entire place.
The entrance is a little difficult because of the rocks that, despite being large, are small to place your foot on and it hurts, but those who want to catch the "best waves" make small efforts to do so, despite it being almost a conflict between the surfer. and the sea at the entrance after several successful attempts
Even though for a short time he manages to capture all the excitement of the place, bringing me good memories, 2 boards, just one goal: catch the best waves and have fun. Madeira has a lot to discover and all types of sports and/or places to visit. Believe me, one of the most charming places I've visited. That's all for today, I hope you like it
