El dìa de hoy les traigo un delicioso batido que contiene; guayaba, pepino y limòn que aportan muchos beneficios a nuestra salud y tambièn aprovechando la temporada de guayaba y limòn, le compramos a la vecina que vive al lado de mi casa y el pepino es comprado en el mercado.

.Lo primero que hice fuè lavar bien las guayabas con abundante agua y le quite un poco de concha donde le veìa fea y el piquito negro que trae y luego tomè un plato y un cuchillo para cortarlas en trozos muy pequeño para luego echarla en el envase de la licuadora, vamos paso a paso.

.Despuès tomè el pepino y lo lavè muy bien y le quitè las puntas de ambos lados y luego lo cortè en trozos redondos y vean que no le quitè la concha le dejè lo verde allì estàn las propiedades y luego la echè en la licuadora junto con la guayaba.

.Luego que ya agreguè todos los ingredientes le agrego los dos vasos con agua y despuès enchufo la licuadora y procedo a encender a màxima velocidad hasta que todos los ingredientes se procesen muy bien y apago.

.Una vez todo procesado tomo el colador y un envase para echar el jugo y lo voy agregando poco a poco y removiendo con la cucharilla y se puede apreciar el lìquido està sumamente espeso y luego lo paso a la jarrita.

.Ahora procedo agregar el jugo de limòn en el batido que se hizo y con la cuharilla remuevo muy bien, tomò un vaso le echo hielo picadito y le agrego este batido.

.Y de esta manera paso a degustar mi delicioso batido de Guayaba, pepino y limòn, pues se habran dado cuenta que no le agregue ni una gota de azùcar a este batido, pues no fuè preciso porque las guayabas estaban muy dulce y por lo general no me gusta agregarle azùcar a mis bebidas por cuestiones de salud, pues quedò con un sabor muy agradable al paladar por lo àcido del limòn.

.Pueden observar que este batido quedo bastante espeso y muy delicioso, los invito a hacerse uno y es muy refrescante y màs que ahorita està haciendo calor acà en Ciudad Bolìvar- Venezuela y aparte es muy nutritivo para nuestra salud y aporta calorìas.
