Yesterday evening was beautiful. I was also taking a walk on the lake near my house while I was off work. When I was over 40, I tried to walk every day.
They say that if you can walk 7,000 steps a day, you will be healthy. If I walk around the lake near my house, I will take 500 steps. To reach 7,000 steps, I will have to walk around the lake 14 times. It is not easy for me.
Walking on the lake in the evening is refreshing because I can breathe in the fresh air. In addition, watching the beautiful sunset is peaceful and relaxing.
This is my taste of living in the countryside. So I took a photo of the sunset and shared it here.

မနေ့က ညနေခင်းသည် သာသာယာယာရှိလှသည်။ ကျွန်တော်လည်း အလုပ်အားလပ်နေသည်နှင့် အိမ်နဘေးက ကန်ဘောင်ပေါ် လမ်းလျှောက်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ အသက်က ၄၀ ကျော်လာသောအခါ နေ့စဉ် လမ်းလျှောက်နိုင်အောင် ကြိုးစားနေရသည်။
တစ်ရက်လျှင် ခြေလှမ်းပေါင်း ၇၀၀၀ လောက် လျှောက်လှမ်းနိုင်လျှင် ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်းမည်ဟု ဆိုကြသည်။ ကျွန်တော်၏ အိမ်နဘေးက ရေကန် ပတ်လည်ကို လမ်းလျှောက်ပါလျှင် ခြေလှမ်းပေါင်း ၅၀၀ လှမ်းရပါသည်။ ခြေလှမ်းပေါင်း ၇၀၀၀ ပြည့်ရန် ဆိုလျှင် ရေကန် ပတ်လည်ကို ၁၄ ကြိမ် လျှောက်လှမ်းရပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကျွန်တော့်အတွက် မလွယ်ကူသေးပါ။
ညနေခင်း ကန်ဘောင်ပေါ် လမ်းလျှောက်ရသည်မှာ လေကောင်းလေသန့် ရှူရှိုက်ရသောကြောင့် လူကို လန်းဆန်းစေပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် နေဝင်ချိန် အလှကို ရှုမြင်ရသည်မှာ သာယာ ငြိမ်းအေးစေပါသည်။
ဤသည်မှာ ကျွန်တော်၏ ကျေးလက်သဘာဝ ထဲမှာ နေထိုင်ရသော အရသာပင် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်သည် နေဝင်ချိန်အလှကို ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်ယူ၍ ဒီမှာ မျှဝေပေးလိုက်ပါသည်။
I started playing the TerraCore Game about 819 days ago. My Rank is now in 143 and ⭐ 18 .
As a starter I bought $10 worth of Citizenship for 27.229 HIVE.
Now I invested 176.586 HIVE or 59.146$ into TerraCore Game up to date.
The TerracoreHub game is played but not really playable. It's a strategy game that adds battle to mining.
If I look at my TerraCoreHub game progression so far;
The SCRAP I received from Mining and Battle Fight was used in 200 for Stash Size and 20 for Favor respectively.
Now my TerraCore Game Stats are Stash Size 89600, Favor 3940, Engineering 43, Damage 754.209, Defense 773.183 and Equipments Horizon Ship, Scanner Droid Avatar, Micro Blaster, Heavy Battle Suit and Torque Wrench.
I used 112229 SCRAP for Engineering, Damage and Defense Upgrading above the stats table. I used 93645 SCRAP for Stash Size and Favor. And I used 316 SCRAP and 17.2 HIVE for Equipment. So, I have used 401817 SCRAP Tokens in playing Game TerraCoreHub.
I will receive SCRAP 967.999 tokens per day from Mining if I am not robbed by others .
Battle Fight is allowed to fight 6 times per day. In the last 200 Battle Fight of TerraCore, I have won 14921.123 SCRAP with a Win Rate of 52.41% and lost 13547.457 SCRAP with a Lost Rate of 47.59% Now, My Win Rate has more than Lost rate in Battle Fight.
But, I will have to improve Damage and Defense as a priority.
