Wildflowers with Authentic Magic
Hi, my #photographylovers nieces and nephews, I'm fascinated by flowers. Seeing how much majesty, beauty, and delicacy intertwine in a single essence. Unfortunately, my old camera currently has a broken lens (Olympus E410), so I'm sharing these old photos with you. When you travel through the great forests, you may be impressed by terrifying, immense animals, like the moose with its gigantic and monumental figure. I was deeply impressed by hearing the howl of wolves for the first time and seeing the marks of bear claws on tree trunks beyond my height. But... You're also amazed by the floral wonders you find everywhere.
We often think that the most beautiful flowers only exist in farmhouses, created or harvested by us and displayed on the shelves at fairs and markets. That's not true. There's a surrounding magic that increases as we delve deeper into the wild life of forests or inhospitable places of any terrain, and many of these flowers, although they flourish in summer, can also be found in almost any season.
I took these images on my first #slowtravel through Russia and Belarus a few years ago; specifically in the forests of the Smolensk region, near the Belarusian border, while I was cycling between these two countries.
The truth is, I don't even know the names of these flowers, but they are wild warriors like any other creature found in the endless European forests.

Flores silvestres con auténtica magia
Hola, mis sobrin@s de #photographylovers me fascinan las flores, ver cuanta majestuosidad, belleza y delicadeza se entrelazan en una misma esencia. Por desgracia, en estos momentos mi vieja cámara tiene el lente roto (Olympus E410), les comparto estas fotos viejas. Cuando viajas por los grandes bosques, puede que te impresionen animales terribles, inmensos, como el alce con su gigante y monumental figura. A mí me causó una enorme impresión escuchar por primera vez el aullido de los lobos y ver las marcas de las garras de los osos en los troncos de los árboles más allá de mi estatura. Pero… También quedas estupefacto con las maravillas florales que encuentras en cualquier sitio.
Muchas veces pensamos que las flores más bellas solo existen en casas de cultivo, creadas o cosechadas por nosotros y puestas en las estanterías de las ferias y mercados. Eso no es cierto. Existe una magia circundante que aumenta a la medida que nos adentramos en la vida salvaje de los bosques o lugares inhóspitos de cualquier relieve y muchas de estas flores, aunque su proliferación es el verano, también las puedes encontrar en casi todas las temporadas.
Estas imágenes las tomé en mi primer #slowtravel por Russia y Bielorrusia hace unos cuantos años; especificamente en los bosques de la región de Smolensk, junto a la frontera Bielorrusa, mientras viajaba en Bici entre estos dos países.
Lo cierto es que no sé siquiera el nombre de estas flores, pero son unas guerreras salvajes como cualquier otra criatura circundante de los infinitos bosques europeos.
