The Father designed the marriage covenant as a promise between man, woman and God. This makes this commitment sacred. When talking about divorce you have to keep the gospel in mind. For example: when we have offended God he restores us, but we put pride before us and refuse to restore our relationship. Divorce is a difficult and very painful situation for the couple, but it is much worse for the children. With respect to this, children are usually considered the greatest victims of separation, they are the most affected because this process influences the behavior that the child, young within society, assumes in the future. Of course God is willing to forget our offenses towards him, and promises to restore the family if forgiveness prevails between the couple
