Do you agree that the current digital era has made the world change faster than in the analogue era? Whether it is fashion, lifestyle, politics, or even conflicts in various countries, everything seems to overlap and change rapidly, as if they were chasing each other.
The same goes for social standards. At home, in our neighbourhoods, in our social circles, and even at work. At various levels, we who are born as social beings are forced by circumstances to be able to adapt quickly. Many pressures are unavoidable, but life goes on and as individuals, everyone has their own way of getting through these things, including me.
Especially in the economic situation of my country, where every day there is news about the national debt and the deteriorating economy, there are many things I want to pursue but have not yet achieved, and many other unwanted anxieties. The question is, how do I cope to get through this whirlwind?
- ***TRYING TO BE SLOWER AND CALMER***

I don't know exactly when it started, but I have begun to learn to slow down in the face of the fast-paced world. Usually, when circumstances suddenly change, I choose to calm down for a moment. I look at the situation I am facing and then decide how to proceed. I don't have to follow all the trends, and I am simpler in my assessment of social standards, which are becoming increasingly unreasonable and toxic.
- ***PURSUE HOBBIES***
I have quite a few positive hobbies: reading, cooking, journaling, writing, drawing, mountain climbing, and socialising. Honestly, these are great for mental health, especially writing and journaling, which can be done every day without too much effort. My friends often say that my life is enjoyable because I have so many hobbies. Yes, I know that. Ha ha ha

What else? Maybe that's all for now. In this era, maintaining mental health is becoming a priority for many people. Even on social media, there is a lot of content related to mental health awareness. It's very exciting because there are more opportunities for people to learn about the importance of mental health.
Thank you for reading my article. Thank you also for this week's contest @joanstewart . All the themes are interesting, but I really like and feel relevant answering about mental health. See you in my next article.

Hi, I am the child of the universe, I like to read books with various genres. I was born in the city of batik but can't draw batik yet. I want to be a novelist, but my works are only short poems that are included in anthology books.
