Hello, Runner
In my country, there are many long holidays this year. One of the long holidays we experienced was due to the Eid al-Adha holiday last Friday. So we had a holiday from Thursday to Sunday. This can be very beneficial for workers with a system who want to go out of town or simply return to their hometown to meet with relatives.
However, since I don’t fall into either of those categories, I continued working and didn’t go back to my hometown. We just processed the beef and lamb from the sacrificial animals. Since I’m a bit prone to high cholesterol, I was a bit worried about the meat, so this afternoon I decided to go for a run.

When running, you know how I felt—my body felt heavy, and my breathing was also very laboured. However, when I returned from running and stopped by the pharmacy to buy vitamins, I also weighed myself, and the results were fine. I only gained one kilogram from last month.
This afternoon, the wind was quite strong. I ran a distance of 5 kilometres in about 37 minutes, with an average pace of 7.20/km. This indicates that my sleep quality isn’t good either. However, throughout the run, I enjoyed the surrounding scenery, such as the men casually fishing. Some were just sitting, enjoying the air and the morning lake view.

I encountered a cat near the usual spot where I rest after running. I also crossed the blue bridge as usual. That’s more or less the story of my run today. How about you all? I hope everyone is healthy. Thank you for reading my review. See you next week.

Hi, I am the child of the universe, I like to read books with various genres. I was born in the city of batik but can't draw batik yet. I want to be a novelist, but my works are only short poems that are included in anthology books.
