Hi Runner, back again with me. This week I originally planned to do a round trip to a mountain in West Java. Its name is Mount Salak. And to prepare for this round trip I had to run as one of the sports that strengthens the legs. However, it turned out that the weather was not very gloomy lately. Imagine for three consecutive days, it rained from morning to evening and was only interrupted by a light drizzle. Even though it was not the rainy season yet. And let's get back to the topic of the run that I did on June 19, 2025. I always run in the usual place with the usual time. As in my usual posts, I call it my regular time. My run today was 5.04 km with a total time of 33:19 minutes and an average pace of 6:36/km. --- ![Screenshot_2025-06-22-18-15-11-80_3bb53944894d9646ec5754b62cc2584b.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23tbJxRoBi91ek9FirbnQGct6wwBKw4fr3wEgCdo4DzXYLKq1c6NvFYWzZouJwttGzJUz.jpg) --- When I looked at the split list, it turned out that my fastest split was around 5:08/km. You know... when I started running, it turned out that the sky was very dark, and a light drizzle was falling. I was a bit crazy at that time, yes, after all I was excited and happy to run, if suddenly I had to cancel again, it would be sad. However, because many people still decided to run, I started warming up so I could run soon too ... do you know what's unique? In fact, the sky slowly brightened little by little. Wow ... how relieved I was when the universe supported me to run today. --- ![IMG20250619165518.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/244eGxuWYHNgcicSwYvbsm8QCmofuAP5WZfVFefeQycXB2ETeDThDBEkTSA8vgkjvdJt1.jpg) ![IMG20250619162718.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/245HoFVaMEWTKsEAei2ETfao6q3yd95tpiGYMdAstNu5kzNMRojvszmsd1LhS7DEwKcPo.jpg) ![IMG20250619162714.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23uFS1KnCccSievLDxEXgPwTNXxDa95ihgRMjgYBqFWT2xHUQU3zZKF7yoZsuGhsEEScn.jpg) --- I took a picture of the dam because it was so beautiful today, and I'll tell you something I found a dewandaru fruit. You know, I really like this fruit malthough many people don't really like it because the taste is not very good. This green color is because it is not ripe, when ripe it will be dark red. That doesn't mean it tastes sweet. ... the dominant part of this fruit is sour and astringent. --- ![IMG20250619165546.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23xehp9H1LmBNuEHTzxBPip2jAM5TreM9wqXFqGMysj9dqRRwkxoUvJbXKxFFGhS4iEMZ.jpg) ![IMG20250619165549.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23zGcRvSJNgMgvvJkYznBEDR96tzrW1PfLP67YwwZicrbpfSLvz6bykk22z5Akrua58nQ.jpg) ![IMG20250619162725.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/23vsNB7wqyjfxtsJipB5U25kGqtSaUAuoyHtwSUQ6637HEA4uz57G4JNzRiGy5UGBeDPr.jpg) --- They say that this Dewandaru fruit has many benefits such as: maintaining immunity, maintaining healthy skin, and supporting the digestive system. A little story, this fruit used to be at my aunt's house and I enjoyed it and could take it freely. This is because my aunt allowed me to take it. He was happy because the fruit would be abundant and not many people were interested in this fruit that didn't taste very good. But, for me it was delicious. After taking a photo of the dewandaru fruit, I continued my run to the finish line. Next time, when the fruit is red, I will take a photo for you. Thank you for always supporting me. See you in the next post. --- ![26uUsAjKTsXCDw7zixZR182JbFKvgzJ9YwsFpTVcRaGCmsqhA1unTgpqht45GhmXuRrFHQzim7wofo2aagoyhLz6VppnS3eeKyDd38dZVbxKMA8Lw1PiJyHtL2w3BWz7gcJ8wFUTxHmy3nZfjVTQFRR39KsyVq5V39VBka.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/titisnariyah/242Nd69DVQFzSQsQ2BiQYFgkVke1gnURj3HAPdwqTzN26KstrkMjW3otXyhBnWZXrfhBM.png) ---
