Ciao miei cari amici, oggi è una bella giornata e quando come oggi c'è il sole mi piace passaggiare al porto della mia città. Mi piace passeggiare o correre vicino al mare.
Hello my dear friends today is a beautiful day and when it's sunny like today I like to walk in the port of my city. I like to walk or run near the sea.
Si respira aria fresca piena di iodio, si sente l'odore del mare e il rumore delle onde che si infrangono sugli scogli, il garrito dei gabbiani, tutto è meraviglioso!!! Ho notato che correre o fare attività fisica all'aperto oltre a scaricare lo stress stimola l'immaginazione. La mente a contatto con la natura si rigenera. Vengo spesso al porto per passeggiare o per correre soprattutto in primavera, così posso fare un po' di esercizio fisico, giusto per tenermi in forma.
You can breathe fresh air full of iodine, you can smell the sea and the noise of the waves crashing on the rocks, the chirping of the seagulls, all it is wonderful!!! I have noticed that exercising outdoors as well as relieving stress stimulates the imagination. The mind in contact with nature regenerates itself. I often come to the port to walk or to run especially in spring, so I can get some exercise just to keep fit.
Come in ogni porto ci sono cantieri navali, con molte barche da pesca e molte barche a vela, alcune sulla terra ferma altre ormeggiate in mare, sono bellissime e ce ne sono di tutti i tipi.
As in every port there are shipyards, with many fishing boats and many sailing boats, some on land and others moored in the sea, they are beautiful and there are all kinds.
Al porto oltre a passeggiare è interessante fotografare, puoi catturare molti particolari. Purtroppo oggi sono venuta senza macchina fotografica, ho fatto queste foto con il cellulare. Sono venute abbastanza bene, mi sembra!!! Non vedo l'ora di postarle.
At the port as well as running it is interesting to photograph,you can capture many detail. Unfortunately today I came without the camera, I made these photo with my phone. They came out pretty good, I seem!!! I'm looking forward to publish them.
Mentre passeggiavo sulla banchina ho incontrato un mio amico, era indaffarato a preparare e pulire la sua barca per l'estate. Sempre allegro e sorridente, indossava una t-schirt disegnata da me, che ho realizzato per tutto il suo equipaggio. Ho messo anche il noma della barca " LEVRAUT" che in francese significa Lepre, perchè secondo lui la sua barca in mare salta come una lepre, hahaha
While walking on the quay I met a friend of mine, busy preparing and cleaning his boat for the summer. Always cheerful and smiling, he wore a shirt designed by me, which I then made for his entire crew. I also put the name of the boat "LEVRAUT" which in France means hare, because according to him his boat on the sea jumps like a hare, hahaha
