Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy and extremely long day today was able to knock out 14,000 steps on the day by going for a very long walk at lunch with my dog and then after work today I did a 20+ minute elliptical challenge, getting to the step count for the day Hope you enjoy the daily meme.
