Had a very busy day today and got in over 10,000 steps on the day by taking my dog for a walk at lunch and by going for a 35 minute very uphill elliptical challenge after work knocking out well over 400 cal in the process hope y’all had a wonderful day out there and I hope you enjoy the dailymeme.
