Hey Actifit Frens! Another extremely long but also extremely productive day today and I knocked out over 14,000 steps on the day mainly cause I went for a run while my daughter wrote on her bicycle and laughed at me as I struggled to keep up with her, which was great, but I got in a couple miles doing that so all all well worth it. Hope y’all had a great day out there and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
