Hey Actifit frens! Had an epic day today knocking out over 11,000 steps on the day by mostly changing sales on my dad sailboat and then chasing my kids around the house and then outside at playgrounds today no high intensity workout challenge today but I did have some in high intensity moments of the day. Hope y’all had a great day out there and I hope you had a better day than my local New England Patriots who got absolutely smoked again and a better day than I had yesterday where I got smoked three times in one day by three different softball teams, which was great. Anyways, hope you enjoy the daily meme.
