Had a very long but also very exciting day today knocking out over 16,000 steps on the day going for a nearly 6 mile run at the end of the day in Chicago, which is not a place I’m normally at but it is what it is here I am in Chicago Went to the end of the Navy pier and then ran along the waterfront in Chicago so no daily meme today, but two images for active fit from my run.
