Hey Actifit frens! I had a epic but extremely busy day today knocking out over 10,000 steps on the day by taking my dog for Too $hort walks in the pouring rain today and then after work, I jumped on the elliptical for a 20 something minute challenge and also did some light weightlifting today to work the upper body.
