Hey Actifit frens! Had a epic and extremely long day today did not do a after work high intensity workout challenge because I had to power wash my power boat after work today and then my daughter had dance class until very late at night so I did not eat until very late at night therefore no time to do high intensity workout challenge however, during the work that I did go for a long walk with my dog as well and obviously cleaning the boat is a hard Workout in itself enjoy the daily meme!
