Hey, actifit frens! Had an epic day today and knocked out over 14,000 steps on the day by taking my dog for a walk at lunch and then after work today, I jumped on the elliptical and knocked out a 30 minute elliptical challenge so all all was a very good day got a lot of exercise in and all that kind of fun stuff.
