Well that escalated quickly
Several weeks ago I talked about how LEO 2.0 was a success so far. Now, after price did another 5x it almost seems like the sky is the limit. Of course generally speaking that can be seen as a great time to take some profits... We all know the rule: if you start posting screenshots, take profits instead!
The stats on Coingecko are not quite right; maybe @khaleelkazi could give them a heads up. Supply is now at 30M and MC should be at around 7M! This I believe makes $leo the second most successful token on Hive so far (right after SPS with a MC of around 20M).
Leo as the first token to have made such a come back?
I could be wrong, but I think $leo could be the first token to have made such a come back. In the past it was already at around $1 and other tokens on Hive have been quite valuable in the past as well. But I think leo is the only one that has actually gained value again. It hasn't "flipped" Hive in terms of MC, but it is trading above 1 Hive again.
SPS has been in a steady decline since $1
GLX never recovered
...
Even the ones that are still "valuable" due to their tokenomics rarely have any significant volume.

4 features that make LEO unique
- First, there is the DEX revenue from leodex.io (currently we don't know how much will get staked and what the revenue will be overall)
- Then there is inleo.io - which has a fantastic X like UI and just works well for web3
- LeoAI: not exactly sure how this will be integrated (will users on inleo have access to a chat bot?)
- The hard supply cap of 30M and the deflationary tokenomics create price pressure if (!) the other features/use cases persist or continue to evolve (we have learned that deflationary tokenomics do not lead to positive price pressure alone).
As a general reminder: Please keep in mind that none of this is official investment advice! Crypto trading entails a great deal of risk; never spend money that you can't afford to lose!
