I don't like beetroot, it tastes weird. However, I have to consume it at least once a week. And to disguise the taste, I often mix fruits that have a slightly strong aroma and taste so that the taste of beetroot is not too obvious on my tongue. And this afternoon I will make this beetroot juice by mixing Kweni fruit. Kweni fruit is different from mango in terms of its strong aroma and rough fruit fiber and its sap if not cleaned can cause itching. And because of its strong aroma, I chose this fruit to disguise the taste of beetroot.

To make this juice I only need

The fruits that I will juice for 2 servings are very thick and this is what I want thick without gaps, fresh and without any sweetener at all. Everything is natural from the fruit. and to make this juice I just need to put in the fruit.
The procedure that I will use to make this juice is:
1. My first step is to peel the beet first. But actually it doesn't matter whether the beet or the Kweni fruit goes into the blender first. But now I take steps to peel the beet, wash and cut it then put it in the blender
2. After that what I do is peel the Kweni then wash it thoroughly so that there is no sap left. Because this Kweni sap is a little worse than mango sap. Kweni sap is a little itchy if it touches the skin. After I wash the kweni thoroughly then I cut it into several pieces and put it in the blender
3. After all the ingredients are in the blender then I pour water into it and immediately blend it until smooth.
4. It's done and I pour it into a glass but before that I filter it first so that it's easy for me to drink. Because no matter what, I'm still a little bothered by the taste of the beetroot even though it's now disguised by the strong taste and aroma of kweni.
