OK so today I wanna introduce a persian singer and guitar player who is one of my friend, Farbod Rahmani ; he has covered many songs as "bohemian rhapsody" , "lonely day" and... . As a journalist, I decided to have a inteview him so here is a part of our conversation and interview :
- Since when you start to play music and singing ? _ I guess since I was a child but the main part of it was a day that someone gave a guitar to my dad as his debt and i think it's about 6 years that I'm seriously do things like playing guitar and singing .
- I have this question for you that what do u see yourself? A guitar player or singing ? _ I dont see myself as a guitarist maybe I call myself guitar player but not a guitarist but I know me as a singer.
- Since when you start learning guitar? _ I think I was a 5 grade student that I started it with a teacher named Trash Heidarian that time I was playing Pop genre unfortunately cause I didnt like that and after that I change it to classic style with a teacher , Simin Bahar but after a while I found out my taste in genre in Rock and country that I started it with Farshid Arabi.
- And since when you start singing ? _ of course at first it was like most people that sing in their rooms; that time I sang like I dont want to be heard but the story start when I went to studio with my band members to practice and our vocalist didn't come so I sang instead of him because I knew lyrics and when I start singing everybody liked it and after that I start learning vocal with Sanam Pasha.
- whats your plan for future? _ well actually these days I'm busy with my new tracks and music videos.
- At the end , do you have any point to mention ? _ I just wanna say that I think Iranian music is in a wrong way and I wanna step on this way to change it and turn it to a right way and in my new songs I tried to to it well and respect to my listener's ears and music knowledge.
