Dreams In Different Forms.

I don’t think there is anyone in this life who doesn’t dream ,some nights, we sleep peacefully and wake up with no memory of anything, while other nights, it feels like we have been to a whole different world, see Personally, I have had dreams that made me laugh when I woke up, and others that made me sit still for a while and just think. Sometimes I just wonder why we even dream at all, see like, what is the purpose of it? Is it just our minds replaying the things that happened during the day or what? Or could it be something that is more deeper? see honestly, I believe there is more to dreams than we give them credit for, I mean, if you look at the Bible, dreams have always been there, and they have always had meanings.  In the Old Testament, Joseph was known for interpreting dreams, his own dream about his brothers bowing to him came to pass years later, then there is Pharaoh’s dream that Joseph interpreted , the one about seven fat cows and seven lean cows, which turned out to be a warning about famine, even in the New Testament, Joseph, the earthly father of Jesus, was warned in a dream to take Mary and baby Jesus and flee to Egypt, so yeah, when you think about all that, dreams can be more than just random thoughts , they can be divine messages too. For me, I have had a few dreams that made me wonder if God was trying to tell me something, I remember one time, I dreamt about a situation that actually happened a few days later, and I just kept thinking, “Wow, so dreams can really be signs.” But then again, I have also dreamt about funny things that made absolutely no sense , like running late to class when I am not even in school anymore, so, I guess not every dream has to mean something. Sometimes I feel like dreams are just ways for our minds to rest or process emotions, maybe when we are stressed or thinking too much, our brain just tries to organize things in its own weird way while we sleep, but other times, I strongly believe God uses dreams to send warnings, encouragement, or even comfort, it is just left for us to be spiritually sensitive enough to know which is which. I also think dreams show us that we are not in control of everything, like, you cannot decide what to see or when to see it, it just happens , that alone reminds me that life itself is deeper than what we see, there is always a spiritual side to things. At the end of the day, I don’t try to overthink my dreams anymore, when I wake up from one, I just pray and go about my day, If it is something important, I believe God will reveal it clearly, because truly, dreams are part of life’s mysteries , some funny, some scary, and some, maybe, from above. *** --- _{***Image Generated With Meta AI***} ***
