Hola a todos, el dibujo que traigo para esta ocasión esta personal, bueno no tanto, pero… el dibujo de hoy es un personaje hecho en base a los personajes creados por la escritora Ruby Dixon y su serie de libros llamada Ice planet barbarian.

Ice planet barbarian es una serie de libros de ciencia ficción, acción, romance y erotismo así que si eres menor de edad espérate a cumplir 18 años, ve a leer otra cosa que mucho hay XD. Es una serie que recién encontré el año pasado y me avente 32 libros en 2 meses, si, tiempo en el que no dormir.
Me enganche mucho de estos libros porque son maravillosos y creo que voy a escribir una reseña al menos del primer libro y hablando un poco de lo que va en general y mi opinión, los ame y creo que cada vez se deberían conocerlos más, aunque realmente la saga de libros es muy conocida.

En los libros tenemos a esta especie llamada Sa-khuis, extraterrestres de color azul, muy altos, fuertes y claro muy atractivos, así que como fan de la especie Sa-khuis quise hacer un dibujo siguiendo la descripción de como se ven, al ser de libros no se tiene una imagen de como lucirían, pero si una descripción detallada.
De por si no soy buena dibujando hombres, por años eh dibujado mujeres y eso hace que mi mano busque esos rasgos al momento de dibujar así que busque referencias de imágenes que también me ayudaran a la posición del personaje y a su apariencia.

I'm not good at drawing men, for years I have drawn women and that makes my hand look for those features when drawing so I looked for image references that would also help me in the position of the character and his appearance.

Quise ser muy cuidadosa con los detalles así que cada cosa lo hice en una en una capa aparte para ya una vez definido pasar al lineart final.

When painting I started with the hair since I knew I wanted a kind of bluish black so I already knew what shade I was looking for.
